Every project is unique and tailored to your business goals. We don’t have price lists, option menus, or hourly rates posted publicly. We are not the cheapest option, nor do we want to be.
What we offer is the value of 30 years of expertise and experience and that includes lots of years estimating projects. An estimate is not helpful if it is not accurate, and we make sure yours will be.
To give you an idea of what it will cost to work with us on your project, we offer a free 30-minute consultation. We can usually learn enough to give you a rough ballpark estimate which we’ll finalize once you decide to work with us.If your project is very complex or large in scope we will need a bit more time with you to learn as much as we can to provide an estimate.
For most new clients our minimum engagement rate is $5,000, but that should not prohibit you from asking - sometimes we have room for smaller projects.
Once established as a client, work is either billed by hour, by the project or via retainer depending on the kind of work we assist with and the frequency that you need us. -
The hours spent responding to RFPs and RFQs takes time away from the clients who already know that they want to work with us.
Therefore, these days, we generally do not respond to RFQs or RFPs. However, if you really would like to work with us, and responding to an RFP or RFQ is the only way to make that happen, let ‘s talk.
We do provide detailed proposals upon request, for large scope projects once we have agreed to work together. -
In short - the answer is no. We do travel to client for special projects, brainstorming or kick-off meetings, but most of the work done for our clients is done from our own studio. This helps us to keep our rates reasonable compared to larger agencies that produce similar quality work.
-
No we do not. All of our trusted partners are based in the continental United States and we work to form lasting relationships with them.
-
We do! But websites are just one of many things we do to help our clients solve their business challenges.
We use digital media like websites along with traditional design (printed pieces), to build and strengthen our clients brands.
-
We can! But we’re not a “job shop.” We like to build long-term partnerships with clients instead of doing one-time, small jobs. And sometimes the item that seems to be in need of a refresh, is not always the best place to put your budget dollars. Creating successful marketing is more than making things look good. We need to understand why your logo, website, or brochure isn’t working, which means asking questions and learning about your situation. This helps us offer solutions you might not have considered.

Not currently. Checks or direct deposit work best for us and most of our clients. If this is a barrier to working with us, let us know and we may be able to find a solution, but please know that a credit card service fee would be added to the invoice.
This is something that we may add depending on how many requests we get. -

YES! We absolutely are. We believe everyone deserves to be treated equally with dignity and respect no matter who they love or who they are. If you are a decent human who treats others with respect that should be all that matters.
