2020 MEGA Website Redesign

We were engaged by the client to rework their forward facing website AND bring their paper based enrollment and renewal system online to eliminate the paperwork / faxing / and mailing packages of paperwork. Their front facing website needed a complete overhaul - look and feel as well as reorganization of content for ease of use. Their clientele is throughout Massachusetts, and focuses on municipalities and schools.

The members only private side of the website streamlines their entire renewal and enrollment process. The database driven step by step process is tied into their internal Microsoft sharepoint system. It allows users to login, fill out applications for coverage, see past applications, upload related documents, download documents, and see their entire account from year to year. Im providing screen shots of that section rather than a login to view the living breathing website.
